Barlow Robbins – Concord House, Woking

The Landlord required Concord House to be stripped back to base building and all services & finishes needed replacing.

Curtain wall windows, doors & lifts were stripped out and refitted to all floors together with new electric, water and waste services. Once the base building had been refurbished we moved on to fitting out the space to suit Barlow Robbins’ requirements.

This included partitioning to form cellular offices, Meeting Rooms, Kitchens, storage wall, Reception and suspended ceilings to all areas. New air conditioning, lighting, power + structured cabling, fire alarm, door entry and intruder alarm systems were installed throughout. New Toilet blocks were completed including DDA requirements. Flooring, joinery and redecoration completed both the Landlord & Tenant fit-outs.
